All about Mrs. Perino
I am currently in my eleventh year teaching at Frank A. Brodnicki Elementary School and I am proud to be teaching in the same school district in which I grew up. I have taught fourth grade for nine years and a multi-age classroom (grade 3/4) for one year. I have learned a lot from my students over the years, and look forward to each new day spent with them!
I received my Associates of Science Degree from Moraine Valley Community College, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from St. Xavier University, and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Governor's State University. I am always looking to expand my knowledge in working with children and often take part in many after school training courses. I am proud to be apart of a committee that is implementing The Olweus Bullying curriculum, designed to prevent bullying and to teach children how to recognize and react when it occurs.
I am always here to help my students and firmly believe that every child is capable and deserving of a valuable education. Please do not ever hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance at all.
